There's a beautiful mode for the casual players in Fortnite to play without any complication of building and it's called Zero Build (but the difficulty of the match will depend because for the infamous SBMM) and also, there are a lot of game modes outside of building or sweating, all the flavors for casuals to have fun
Just to let you know and give it a shot, fam
Edit: I know I sound like a captain obvious but who knows, there are people which prefer to say "Fortnite dead game" instead of trying and have fun with other things with your friends.

this is so true, I started playing fortnite as a casual player during the fortnite OG Chapter 1event and everything was so much simpler.
