  • This workout is called PST 5 which is basically pyramid style of training
    includes 5 exercises - 5 sets of each up to 12-15reps
    Main principal is to keep adding plates till you cant add more load you move to next working exercise.
    Add load even if its a 1-2kilo according to your capacity and hit your maximum potential in 5sets.
    *WORKOUT *
    Warm up
    -Lat pull down
    Working exercises
    - T bar rows
    - Seated mid - back rows with twisted grips
    - Wide grip upper back rows
    - Close grip pull down
    - Standing lower lat rows
