Surround yourself with worship music and sing along shift the atmosphere to hope and praise. Start writing in a gratitude prayer journal. Include things your grateful for and people you still might need to forgive. When we forgive others Ive found pain leaves our heart and body. The bible says forgive others and we will be healed. It could be a coworker, family member, friend, release forgivess and say it outloud. Lord thank you for your mercy and goodness. Amen
Wow I just realized why I don’t have desire for anything anymore. Isaiah thank you, that’s it! I have just been happy when I am in the presence of God, Praise and Worship reading the Word. Other than that I am so very blah 😑 no more desire for the things of this world!!

An authority, a ruler, a demonic spirit? What are these things but fuel for God's cosmic burn pile? Greater is He that is in you, He that rose our Lord Jesus Christ from the dead and works mighty miracles today than these overgrown spiritual vermin. These are the serpents and scorpions He vested His authority in us to command, bind and trample upon with absolute discrimination. Sure, some snakes need to be stepped on a little harder and a little more than others, but make no mistake, the serpents head has been crushed, the dragon is crushed and the roaring lion shall be silenced by the Lion of Judah. He will strengthen you, uphold you and be with you. Hold strong, and keep your gaze fixed upon Him. Let Him be your place and person of comfort. We love you, but no one loves you more than He who bore your sin upon the cross. Just know, this will end up being to His glory and your joy soon enough, just keep pressing in!!! I pray for deliverance just as you said on yourself because I have no one that I can turn to as you did with your sister. It saddens me that we the.church our were we are at. I pray that thru your utube I can get delivered from any unclean spirit and yes I do believe in what the Father teaches thru you Brother. Do you believe that thru the airways God can deliver. I personally know of anyone that claims the signs and oh how I long that He would work thru me with signs and wonders. Yes I do pray and wait for Him to use you to call me out here at home. NO, I THOUGHT I WAS JUST THINKING THIS. WHILE IN COLLEGE I WENT TO A "CAMPUS CHRISTIANS" NOON DAY PRAYER AND I GOT SAVED, I WAS BORN AGAIN ON MY 2ND VISIT. WHEN I CAME OUT OF SANFORD HALL ON LANGSTON UNIVERSITY'S CAMPUS, I WAS LIKE DID I COME IN THE BUILDING ON THIS SIDE OF IT AND I HAD TO, BECAUSE THERE WERE ONLY 2 WAYS INTO THE BUILDING AND I WOULD HAVE BASED ON THE DIRECTION OF THE DORM I LIVED. I STOOD ON THE PORCH OF THAT BUILDING AND WAS LIKE MESMERIZED, I HAD NEVER SEEN THE SKY OR THE TREES AS I DID. I MAY HAVE STOOD THERE FOR AT LEAST 15 MINS OR SO. I COULD ALMOST DESCRIBE SOMEONE WHO SAID THAT WHEN THEY TRY A DRUG THEY START TRIPPING. WELL, I FELT LIKE I WAS TRIPPING, BUT WHAT IT WAS I WAS BORN AGAIN. THE EMOJIS WERE NOT EVEN IN EXISTENCE, I SWEAR THIS EMOJI😁WAS STATION RIGHT IN MY BELLY. THERE WAS A SONG THE OLD BLACK BAPTIST CHURCH WOULD SING, "I LOOK AT MY HANDS AND THEY LOOKED KNEW, I LOOKED AT MY FEET AND THEY DID TOO AND EVERY SINCE THAT WONDERFUL DAY MY SOULS' BEEN SATISFIED.
