I wish the fist bedroom have a shower instead of a bath. Older adults prefer showers Also have its own entrance. I would not buy a property and spend money to add an entrance door for the in law suite.
That is not an in-law suite. That is an en-suite, a bedroom which is connected to it's own seperate bathroom. Whereas an in-law suite has a kitchenette with a livingroom area,a bedroom & bathroom also there is a private door to entire from outside. Please inform correctly.As this video threw me off as I'm waiting to see the in-law suite.
