Simon Pan I’d say a 7mm would keep happy longer. IMO 6mm was a bit small. I think 8mm and above things start to get a little chunky and again IMO 8mm hits that perfect limit of an everyday chain and also nothing to extravagant where it’s still fashionable. 7mm I think it’s a sweet spot too. The 6mm in the video, take it for what it is. It’s a nice size, but I think you’ll get over it quickly.

look for a necklace that has a counterweight on the clasp, or add one yourself. A counterweight can be anything from a charm, metal ball, or bead that is attached to the clasp THATS how I fixed mine😊

Yea I wasn’t a jewelry guy but then the thought struck me, “instead of having all this bullion where the market really hasn’t gone anywhere for it in quite some time let me buy some jewelry”. Jewelry is something you can wear and enjoy and it holds its value. My tip to you would be, if you’re looking for a specialty lock or any kind of design to be done, then Daniel is your guy. If you’re going for a regular box lock and chain then you can’t go wrong with either. CMG Links customer service might be better though from my experience. Daniels doesn’t respond for days at a time. Also Rey’s cash and gold are very good too, I was going to go with them for my bracelet but they didn’t make the lock that I wanted so I went with Daniels. I think Rey’s service is unmatched, I wish they made the lock I wanted because I definitely would have gave them my money

I ordered a bracelet from Daniels with their sleek lock, the sleek lock looked nothing like the one they advertise on Instagram, the finished product looked terrible, very amateur looking. The edges were sloppy, I was super disappointed. I sent it back for a refund and ordered my bracelet from CMG. The chain you see in this video I sold because I felt it was too small after a while. I’ll be upgrading to a 8mm as an everyday chain.

Once my jewellery studios all set up again (by the end of the summer) I'll be offering some crazy deals for new customers. You pay for the gold bullion (no tax) then pay me around $350-500 to make the Cuban(or other type of chain) in whatever gold alloy you want. Normally a Cuban is worth less than what you paid for in gold value but if you do it my way you'd actually be able to sell the cuban to someone else for a profit because most gold stores times the gold price by 3 and my deal doesn't times the gold by anything. When it comes to jewelry Espically mall jewelry at a mall when your buying a chain your paying for the store rent the lighting the employees all that online they usually only tax a couple hundred over the scrap gold price sometimes they charge even more

the initials are engraved. prior to having my chain done i showed them a design i wanted (which was supposed to be raised), which they didn't do and they ended up just engraving it. when i spoke to her over the phone she said it would cost me $25 or $50 (i can't remember) per letter i believe, but since they ended up just doing it however they pleased i guess i was charged nothing.

Mounted Monsters Magazine same exact chain I have now, on CMG $2595, Daniels got it for $2640. When I was first looking Daniels was like $200 more than CMG. Daniel lowered his price now but it’s still more expensive.

Brandon French it’s definitely his lighting and camera. My chain had a nice shine to it when I received it. When it comes to Miami Cuban links anyone will tell you CMG and Daniels are two of the best places to go, if not the best. They hand make their chains flawlessly in Miami where they’re supposed to be made and with tight links. Also if you’re looking for a proper value, you’re not going to get it with jacoje. First of all, he orders his jewelry in bulk and you don’t know where it comes from. His Miami Cubans are heavily overpriced, it’s damn near robbery. It really is a shame that the guys that are hand making their chains charge less than the guy that just orders them. Jacoje by comparison to CMG or Daniel, sells you about 10 grams less of total weigh and over prices by about $200. So he gives you less and charges you more! He might be good to go to for his other chains, but when it comes to Miami Cubans I could never buy from him. He definitely does a good job marketing himself though.

Brandon French it’s definitely his lighting and camera. My chain had a nice shine to it when I received it. When it comes to Miami Cuban links anyone will tell you CMG and Daniels are two of the best places to go, if not the best. They hand make their chains flawlessly in Miami where they’re supposed to be made and with tight links. Also if you’re looking for a proper value, you’re not going to get it with jacoje. First of all, he orders his jewelry in bulk and you don’t know where it comes from. His Miami Cubans are heavily overpriced, it’s damn near robbery. It really is a shame that the guys that are hand making their chains charge less than the guy that just orders them. Jacoje by comparison to CMG or Daniel, sells you about 10 grams less of total weigh and over prices by about $200. So he gives you less and charges you more! He might be good to go to for his other chains, but when it comes to Miami Cubans I could never buy from him. He definitely does a good job marketing himself though.
