I hope and 🙏 pray that I will see my fiancee again we loved each other so much I'm grieving so badly without his presence may 4 2023 he died in the same month we was just getting ready to move to south Carolina 😢 we was gonna get married everything just shattered all at once right in front of me I'm so sad 😞 he was one of a kind 😢 now I gotta try and make it through without him 😢 💔 are anniversary of 7yrs is may 20 how I'm I gonna deal with that when he's not here anymore healing is a journey
As a Christian, I know not to try and contact people who have died. When I was a teenager I saw many bad things happen when my friends messed with the Oija Board and similar things. In saying that, when my son died, I prayed every night for weeks that God would send me a dream to show me what my little boy looks like in Heaven. (No one, unless it has happened to them, can ever know or understand what the pain feels like when you lose a child.) So I'd cry myself to sleep praying this prayer over and over. But, I never had one single dream about my son. So I stopped praying and asking God for this. Hindsight and previous answers to prayers have taught me that God knows what is best for me and therefore I take great comfort in knowing that my son is with Christ and I will see him again......... but in God's time and in God's way.
Thank you, Pastor Greg Laurie. My Mom passed away on march 22nd 2021. I was there. She was in peace. She accepted the Lord as her Savior at 15 in Tippecanoe Ohio. I miss her so much!! "I'm sure I won't see her until I get to heaven." I have 4 years of text from her. I read them almost every night. Not out of sadness but out of Joy!! Praise God!!

I believe 100% in God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. But I do believe you can connect with your deceased ancestors. Especially if there is a great love bond. Before the passing of my father, I asked him to make sure he visits me. Two days later a strong presence filled my bedroom. The same kind of feeling I had when I was around him in life. My two dogs definitely noticed.❤
So you believe against scripture? I'm not saying your experience wasn't real but I believe as the bible teaches, our saved loved ones are in the presence of our Lord. They can't communicate with us nor are they 'watching over us'. At least in my opinion. But, we can't rest peacefully knowing they are just ahead of us in perfect Holy bliss with our Father. @@brianmendenhall8387 I had an experience that was different from what is in the scriptures. It doesn't change how I think of God, Christ, the Holy Spirit... and Immaculate Mary - mother of Christ. The experience I had lasted hours. Both my dog's looked up toward the ceiling and then back at me constantly during that time. It wasn't scary, maybe refreshing, but again, it was an experience that I cannot deny. It's not for me to judge whether or not it's against scriptures. Stay blessed.

GOD absolutely DOES allow them to send us signs from Heaven, though, such as in dreams, butterflies🦋, birds🐦, dragonflies, songs 🎵, scents, numbers that have meaning as in dates, etc.. He LOVES us and therefore wants to comfort us, and for us to know without question that our loved ones are safe wirh Him!💜🕊️
I had a few dreams after my dad passed and he told me after the last time I shouldn’t try to come back and talk to him again, what was odd was my mom had almost the identical dream I did and my last of the 3 dreams ,my best friend who is now deceased himself had the exact same dream. I would like to think that it was in fact my dad since he was unable to communicate the last few months of his life and because the dreams were comforting.
I to have Dreams with my Mom in them. In fact my Dreams seem so real that I even have everyone in them for Instance I have them with friends that couldn't stand each other in real life that have Passed So I sure in my case it is definitely a dream!! ✌️✝️ 🤣
They absolutely DO oftentimes come to us in dreams to put our minds at ease. That's not us "contacting them". That is them contacting us, which God DOES allow! 💖
I don't disagree with this; its a very foolish idea to try to contact our loved ones after death. But I do have a question. Can someone explain 1 Samuel 28? This is the account of Saul going to the witch at Endor and the witch summons the spirit of Samuel. There doesn't seem to be any trickery on the part of the witch and the account doesn't indicate (to me anyway) that this wasn't Samuel's ghost. I've often wondered about this passage. How was the witch able to summon Samuel if the dead are beyond our reach?
When you read things like this in the Bible remember that what you are reading is God's specific words. Ie; Holy Scripture. So who knows why He allowed or caused this incident to occur?? But what I do know is that things didn't go too well for Saul after this. Anyway, just trust that God knows what He's doing.....all the time. 🙂

And even with the headphones I heard it. It’s not of God. Because God tells me In His word as I with my hands buried her covering the dirt over her grave. - To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. ( my cat which was with me I reared her from newborn , her parents died , she was feral , she was so fiesty became after 5 years my “child “ slept on my pillow , was so vocal , my alarm clock ⏰- she after being spayed became ms. Flabby and she’d “ not on purpose jump over my face every morning 5 min before alarm went off. Then if I didn’t get up she’d do it again as I spit and sputter complaining about this and that. Then I’d sing Sunshine on my shoulder .. makes me happy 😆- I put her to sleep one week ago. I sang to her every Christian song I could think of as she went to be with Jesus . My ex her cat dad was there and turned against me. Did bad thing s after she past away. Today I heard the familiar sound of her nails happily sauntering down the hallway. That’s not her. And I know it. Not the first time odd things happened. She is in Heaven. We are here on Earth Careful what you entertain, - Iv worked at behavioral place and heard whistling the other worker heard as well. Followed me home and whistled outside my window, scratching, is not of God. I have that in my flooring , he had number 3 carved in my furniture so I look it up thinking it’s God talking to me, crosses show up in nail polish so - wow God really is watching over me. YES It’s wrong to try to contact them but does it say anywhere in the Bible they stop loving you and caring for you and cannot contact you in a dream just to re-assure that they are happy with God and their love for you continues? It happened to me with my grandma, dad, and mom after they passed… once each.. totally different type of dream I knew was real. Made me happy and at peace and didn’t cause me to obsess over it or try to contact them again. But each of them were very re-assuring and all I needed. Never tried to contact them but thankful God allowed these so I knew they were with Him and their love for me would continue as well as Gods and I’d be with them again one day.
