I’ve kept ball pythons and corn snakes all my life and I can honestly say the make the best pets. She’s beautiful! Her tank is a little too spacious, if that makes sense.. they benefit from 2 hides and lots of coverage. Anyway, as long as you regularly handle her she will trust you and not bite at all. I’ve only ever been bitten by mine when they accidentally missed their mice. So happy for you, I wanted a pied ball python so bad but I’m broke 😂
I'm assuming you did your research, but since I didn't see this in the video, I just wanna make sure you know. You have to keep the humidity up in there by spraying the bedding and keeping a heat lamp over the enclosure. It would be best if you got a meter to gauge that and keep that in there. You need to spray it at least twice a day. And you might want to get a bigger hide as well. She's gonna grow too big for it soon, if she's not already. Anyway, I'm so glad you got a python! I love pythons so much and they're so sweet! And she's so pretty, I've never seen one with that coloring in person! I love the name Tiki for her. Also I saw someone in the comments say Zashi. That would be cute too.

Your snake is very beautiful, since snakes probably are nocturnal it may be best to feed them at night, I think when predators come along to them in the wild they make themselves into a ball around their heads to protect themselves, if you need any information on them there are UA-cam videos like Snake discovery and others too I hope this information helps a bit, you don’t have to follow this information if you don’t want to though 😊
