Dude wow what a freaking film you just made. I watch a lot of outdoor creators and you are by far one of the best I’ve seen (if not the best). You do an amazing job at capturing the beauty of things and narrating, you really reach through the screen and grab your viewers attention. Keep this up and it will all pay off I promise. You’ve earned a huge fan today man
@@OutboundIntent I finally have my 2012 FJ TTSE ready to overland and will be in Colorado later this month to navigate through the mountains. Always cool watching you do it too!
Congratulations to you, your dad and little men, what an experience!!! me starting in this new world of overlanding, is a lot of work, details to take in considerations to make those videos, the aerials shots are fantastic, keep it up you guys are doing great showing all that beautiful nature this country have, God Bless the US, your videos are helping us a lot. keep them coming. Thanks a lot!
Fantastic video. I can clearly see why you love the North Maine Woods so much. I also love your cuts and transitions, very nice editing. And now you have me intrigued by the coffee. Aeropress FTW. (I grind my own at camp too).
Thanks for watching and supporting 👊🏼 I highly recommend the NMW. Guatemalan Coffee from the Exodus Co has been my favorite as of recent (but I could be biased because I work in the brands there)
Great bird hunting there, we camped there, we camped by St.Francis lake a few years ago on a Moose hunt and it was beautiful. Glad I had my lifted Dmax between the mud, washouts and floods it was needed.
I live in Maine and this is the best overland video I’ve seen of my state. Very impressed with the cinematography. What’s your camera set up for these trips?
hope your channel really takes off mate. this is top notch. cant wait to get out there like this in my fj again. youve got some mad beatiful terrain out there. here in mn it can be difficult to find good trails where i am but every once in a while ya get a good one. want to find the time to head outta stateand discover the rockies next year or whenever my paid time off gets rolled over
Thats an amazing area to be. Last season we went up there and ended up at red pine as well. We actually camped in the site next to where you guys set up. Definitely itching to get back up there!
What road did you have to turn around on going to baker lake? video looks like you entered at Telos checkpoint, north on Telos Rd to Umbazooksus.. then did you try Pingree rd to Round pond? I do a lot of trips into the NMW.. and yeah theres been trips where most I saw were birds... and maybe traces of animal life... to some trips I saw multiple deer, moose, and rabbits... its kinda hit or miss.. but have had better luck the further north we have been. fuel consumption is a main concern.. I carry about 11-12 gallons of spare fuel, and alwasy top off my fuel before leaving Greenville, or wherever it is we enter the NMW.. If you guys ever want to see some Awesome campsites just let me know. I live in the midcoast and try to escape to the woods when I'm not working OT. I have a built up 2016 Tacoma TRD Offroad w/ rack, rtt, and all the gear including sat coms.
Got that straight from them! If you send them an email or DM with that option they will make it, it’s 100% worth it as it helps with organization so much and allows for a solo sleeping platform which I’ve been using more recently
@@BeckhamWoodYT Yeah you have to take out the double seat, so depending on what you use the FJ for that might not be ideal... but for my setup it is 100% worth it!
oh by the way, which tan is your fj? on camera it looks darker than mine but i thought the quicksand color on the later fjs was the darker one. just a trick of the camera?
Nice to see some East coast over-landing for a change!

Absolutely, such a fun spot. Absolutely love what the NMW can offer
Love the video brother, wish you the best of luck 💪🏽🔥
Thanks for watching 👊🏼
Best vid yet!!! Nice!
Thanks for watching 👊🏼
I have a camp in Jackman! I would suggest checking out overlanding in this area for part of your next trip 👍
Great video. Noticed you guys made the switch from percolator to Aero press. I love the look of that percolator, I just hated the coffee!
Yeah I’ve always been an aeropress guy but only recently stopped using the percolator on camping trips… coffee just tastes way better with the Aero

Is there any way you could share the campsite locations?? You got some killer spots!!!
Great video! I need to get up there more. Do you share your tracks?
Yeah I do, shoot me a DM on my insta and I will get back to you with what you need

Hey! where did you get that ADGU drawer that is only the passenger side? Im digging the setup and want something similar for my own FJ.

Strange question i know, but which pants are you wearing, the brown with black knees? Ps great video I'm a fan
Haha good question, they are RVRC pants. They are great for being in the bush and not getting snagged or worn out

Give a shout next time you're up if you got any interest in whitewater rafting.
How is that jeep a Diesel? Is that custom? Was that ever a factory thing?
Check out @turbodieselxj, Jared swapped his jeep with a Mercedes diesel 617 and is quite the beast
You're from PA? Where at?
Does the Jeep ever re-fuel, on the trail, like the FJ?
It did once... but definitely has a farther range than the FJ haha
Where in Maine is this
North Maine woods on the western side of Maine
Awesome Video and quality....and while its 2024.......that he was a she Moose!!!
Not biased. Maine DOES have the best sunsets
once my jeep is back up and going i will be taking this trip thanks
Definitely recommend it!
Stay out of Maine!
Nah I like it too much
Only mass holes
