You're mixing your realities. The nature of awareness is consciousness existence limitless (Sat Chit Ananda). The existence of Sat Chit Ananda reality isn't limited by time/space concepts. Sat Chit Ananda lends its existence to time/space reality. There is no "prior" which describes awareness (Sat). The word prior indicates something that exists within time. Ego is mitya (the reality that comes and goes in time and space). The substantive of time, space, and object reality is Sat Chit Ananda. There is only Sat Chit Ananda. Mitya is just an appearance.
