    Thank you! I am currently doing a reconditioning plan that includes the back lift as part of a calestinics set and haven't been able to consistently get the correct reflex area. I also Love the tip about going against the hair for the sternum rub.

    What about “when” you should do all the different stretches?
    Should they be done after the horse has been outside in the field or turnout or has been lunged / ridden and the body is warmed up? Is it good for the horse if his muscles are cold or if the horse has been standing in a stall for quite a bit?
    I loved the tips in the carrot stretches video

    The misinformation and lack of it is absolutely ludicrous ,do not do this if your not trained fully and your horse has been cleared to do so by your vet ..it will save yourself getting knocked out
