Thanks a lot. Sony should learn from you or fix their menu. I went through tuning several times but never knew you had to switch from cable to antenna. Result was it would discover 30 channels and then show none after tuning. Thanks thanks thanks!

What is the difference between channel KUTP and KUTP-NG? Both are listed as channel number 45.1 in my Phoenix market. Does the NG stand for NextGen TV?

My sister lives in another State and she's having trouble. After setting up the antenna, do you switch the TV source/input to Antenna to view and change channels?

I have the Sony A80J but whenever I scan for digital, analog, cable or antenna, It’s not finding any channels
@Itskelvinn. It also has a lot to do with the antenna you're using. We recommend using an amplified antenna. It's best if you can use an outdoor model, but if you have to use it indoors you'll have the best success getting it as close to a window as you can. I think sonys tvs have problem picking up channels. My previous TV pick up about 60 channels and Sony is picking up 18 with the same antena

What happens if the Home button does not work? I press it but it does not take me to a menu.

After it finds the channels then what?
All these videos start with Hit "Home" Button. My Big Sony Bravia has no "Home" Button

@starcollins9296 Those channels are typically harder to tune in, especially if you're in a location surrounded by tall buildings, trees, or other obstructions. Sometimes fixing it is as simple as moving your antenna to a different spot, but other times you need a higher powered antenna. There are also cases where there is nothing you can do about it if the signal just isn't strong enough to reach your area.

@Brenda Hartstern. You may need to try changing the placement of your antenna, and re-scan. Unfortunately there are going to be channels that don't have a strong enough signal for the TVs tuner to pick up.
