You know what I like best about BLUE GABE, is that it's just like if we were out there fishing or hunting or camping. It's just real!!! Talkin smack, laughing, joking just enjoying lifes treasures in the outdoors!! Same dang thing most of us that watch this channel do in our lives. Gabe, Crystal and the boys are just like us and we're just like them. Love this daggum channel.
Except they just went fishing 70 miles off shore in a 34' Freeman! Lol We can all dream of access to that fishing vessel!
HEY! Mr Blue, I was AMAZED! I am laying here after a heart attack 7 days ago drooling and almost crying because the last fishing trip I was on was on my boat in Ft. Pierce about 24 years ago and I caught the biggest mangrove snappers I had ever caught. They were about 5 - 10lbs a piece. I was around 38 years old and now I am 61 and it was awesome. I would about give anything to go with you on a fishing trip before I die. I have been fighting these autoimmune diseases for 12 years and it has been hell! Like I said in the beginning I I had a heart attack just a few days ago and I am so afraid I am not going to get to do some of my bucket list stuff at all. I was so thankful when I heard your brother pulled thru and glad to see him up and rolling. Thank you for your show sometimes it helps me remember and re-live some of my romping and stomping Indian River County days. I grew up in Vero now I live in Sebastian Florida with the love of my life. but it is almost torture to be living here anymore because of my condition. I cnnot go anywhere without somebody anymore. I am trying trying to get me some kind of all terrain scooter so it can help we get around off road. But no luck yet! Somebody told me about a website called gofundme.com that might work Again thank you for what you do I use to run the river, the lakes and swamps all the time from 1967 till around 1986 then I started traveling a lot back and forth. Back around 2000 the captin of a boat I was on caught a 8 lb even mangrove snapper in 65 ft of water. I weighed it myself before I clean it. I myself caught a 25" mangrove on the intake side of the anclote power plant.

I didn't know they made mangroves that big! That thang was huge! Funny story...when my son was 8 years old, he caught a little mangrove, was gonna throw it back and the fish jumped up, bit him all the way through the lip, and held on for dear life lol. He never held another fish that close to his face again! Better watch out for the nipples Gabe!

I got bitter by a Mangrove Jack on the centre of my Palm on my hand; it just sliced it open. How the heck he managed to latch onto my Palm amazed me execpt for the pain and time it took to heal.
