In your video, you are using a different ethernet adapter than Nearstream's L30. What ethernet adapter are you using? Nearstream's L30 is expensive!

is it free to have NDI?
Yes I believe so. I didn’t pay any extra to have NDI. All I did was update the firmware and now this vm33 has NDI option. When I first got the camera it doesn’t have NDI. Now with new firmware, I have NDI.
Can we switch mic level to line level ?
YES 100% we can switch it from mic input to line input.
