The names I give to new tracks are just placeholder names, and I just transcribe them by listening to the music in the episode itself. Some pieces, like the one covered in this video, are also from season 1. You can find them by searching up something like "Re:Zero OST" and looking through those videos. For music that's new to season 2, you'll have to wait until they release the official soundtrack, which usually happens after the anime is done airing.
