This is the very very very best method I have found for rolling spring rolls. I have simply been making them to master my rolling techniques periodically for over a year. More like two. This is the fool proof method. And I love the couple. The woman reminds me of a Vietnamese version of my mom. Thank you from Houston.
Love seeing an original Pro in action!! Making these as appetizers for Christmas!! Thank you for the skills because my rolling technique sux!!!!....lol
@@Areyudumb My grandmother made these all the time. They never have a lot of meat in them. A few bits of pork, a prawn sliced in two, herbs and vermicelli. Perfect.
CarlaK_77 I'm guessing she has a cut on that hand that she was keeping covered. Because it wasn't for food safety with the other hand touching everything uncovered.
xh0tch0c00latex she picks the food with that hand, gloves tend to be, uncomfortable when it comes to preparing food fast, it helps to have one hand just free!
I can’t with his smoking then touching the food. I can’t with her one glove. I can’t with that cleaning bottle being used as a food sprayer. I can’t enjoy the art of this video due to all the contamination.
This is a classic example of a food stand i would avoid. Not due to hygiene, but rather her slight of hand (or should i say, ingredients). When you first glance at a Vietnamese roll you expect to see that familiar orange (shrimp pieces) the length of the roll. She's using pork with orange colored exterior (similar to char siu - Chinese bbq pork) to replicate the color of cooked shrimp. This enables her to create the illusion of 'more' shrimp in the roll, when in fact she is only using ONE HALF of a shrimp...lol. A regular Vietnamese roll contains 4 halves, occasionally 3...but never one half! Haha.

Thật là tiếc khi ko thể nghe được giọng nói thân thương của cô bán hàng toàn video
The guy chilling on his scooter in the background is so cool!
I love Vietnam so much, I'm coming back for the third time next March. I'm from Canada, but Vietnam feels like home to me...
the guy is probably “xe ôm”, meaning he takes you on his scooter to places when you pay 😄
Couldn't thank you enough for posting this!

Man he’s barely spraying the rice paper. Most people soak it for a good few seconds. I like her rolling technique.
Barely any meat as well lol

It’s only 4k for a roll, less than a quarter. With size like that, you can have a healthy meal of 4 rolls for less than a dollar.
One glove, And a windex bottle filled with water?
