I can’t even express how much I love this character at this point. He’s so hilarious. When you go back to Swatch after you beat Roulxs, there’s new dialogue about him. APPARENTLY this madlad had also stolen their flower display for a bouquet for the Queen, then he went and met the Tasque Manager (The cat girl with a whip) and basically went “Ah yes there is a 50 percent chance of you being the Queen”, thrust the vase at her and asked to be her “minion for life” like a fucking proposal. He then got electrocuted to the ground cause N o. I am literally wheezing so hard right now. NOW I’m realizing why he said something like “Sorry my king, but the Queen has a new man now”, still thinking that the Tasque Manager is the Queen (And that he totally nailed the proposal lmfao). Then he of course realized that he fucked up. W H E E Z E. THIS GUY.

It’s specifically from Thrash Machine, which _does_ use Lancer’s theme, but is slightly different; in fairness, Lancer’s leitmotif is scattered all around the music of Chapter 1 (His overworld theme, his battle theme, Thrash Machine, I’m Very Bad, the Card Castle, and the battle with King)
