I am indeed a true 6. I battle with sweets and constipation I have just started eating more apples and oatmeal this has soften stool. I have been told i had healing in my hands and they are hot. I love family and when they are away I feel lonely. I am anemia I'm always tired my iron is low.
Amiga, burdock root is great a great source of iron and really helps to oxygenate the body & blood. Also, moringa leaves are great for fighting off anemia. Look it up! Try meditating when you feel alone. It will help you to feel whole and your cup will be full!
