this trick does not work when the sum of two sides is odd. I have tried with Sum of sides is 25. so this trick only works when sum of sides is even.

In exam, they will ask only even sum because when the sum is odd the question becomes very easy by basic method. So, i have made the trick for only even sum.
However if you want trick for odd sum, kindly visit SSC baba official telegram channel and go to media section. There we have shared the trick for both odd and even sum.
