The Wii was functional for rail shooters at best. An emulator with aimtrak (taking in account when you actually posted this comment) would be much better. Speaking as "from the future" though, woth the return of gun4IR and the introduction of the Sinden light gun, we are hopefully looking at a new golden age of rail shooting games.
If there was a Point Blank movie or if Dr. Don and Dr. Dan did talk in Point Blank games. Who do you think should and should've voiced, Dr. Don and Dr. Dan?
Where can I find an arcade cabinet like this in the USA where I can play it? I'm from Canada, but I have a feeling I'll end up working in the USA because the software industry is very big there.

This is one of the very few games that I would want to own in its original arcade cabinet form. The experience just isn't the same in any other way.

YES. I’m 27 now and i’ve only just found out what this was called. All i had was a vague memory of what the arcade cabinet looked like.
This game, well all games in the series really, would be great on the Wii.

You can find Gun Bullet X, a mix of games from Point Blank 1, 2, and 3 with new games added as well, in a lot of Round 1 locations.
