Madam, Sir is a true disciple of the father of nation. On a lighter note Sir is quite a confused nice person. A muslim will never give his kids a hindu name ! Note the difference with jews who have adopted Latin names but a muslim can only have an Arabic name .

Very intersting. India in the forties and fifties was very different and more egalitarial. My g.father,who was a freesdom fighter,went to jail and was an m.l.a in the madras govt,had two best friends. Both were muslims,one was our family doctor hakim and another dhereef. There is a photo of my mothers wedding,my g.father with these two gentlemen! And one boy from our family was given a pet name abdul!
