So it's official now, you guys are on tour life! How do you fare with your workouts while on tour? You are in pretty good shape, so I assume you have to keep working out at least 2-3 times a week to maintain your strength, in addition to training flips and doing pk.
MaximusPayne It's actually very difficult. Because we are performing 6-8 times a week, it's hard to workout as much as we want because we need to give our bodies time to recover. I want to weightlift more but am dealing with minor injuries that are preventing that. I am normally getting in 1 parkour/flipping workout a week and 1 rock climbing workout as well. I want to be doing more but my body needs time to recover.
I totally get you. Getting good rest is just as important as getting good workouts. I didn't know you had so many shows per week, that must be crazy indeed! What about those injuries? Is your ankle still hurting?

MaximusPayne Yeah! It's pretty insane! But it's a fun lifestyle. But nope, my ankle is fine now. Dealing with some minor collar bone and wrist pain.
I hope you can get that patched up soon so you can keep rockin' it.
