1 ½ tsp garam masala
1 ½ tsp Pav Bhaji masala
1 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp grated ginger
½ cup finely chopped coriander leaves
2 finely chopped green chilies
2 tsp fenugreek leaves
2 tbsp oil
Water as needed
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
