Ok, so let the print shop use their software? I have a 3 x 9 meter banner on 3mm plastic board. So I use a 30cm x 90cm CMYK image size to design on PS. What is the difference between EPS and PDF while saving it?

Eps and Pdf are both Vector images

@SamiIssa PDF cam be saved both as a raster and Vector file, it all depends on the software it's been saved from.

You have to convert your measurements to feet, thats the most standard form of measurement
