Just found this tutorial and I'm loving it. I'm so glad I found it, because it's gorgeous. I had an issue with an album breaking at the spine so I used the contact paper to recover the album. It worked like a dream. Such a fabulous idea. Now I'm going to try the bookbinders linen. Thanks so much, you helped save my album for my 91 year old mother. I so enjoy your videos and inspiration.
I have an 8X8 Once Upon A Christmas paper pad. Plus A Christmas Carol. Both by Graphic 45. This album would work with both. Actually ANY 8X8 paper pad. Scrapqueen YOU are the BEST. You show us how to use complete paper pad to make an album. But it's YOU and all your tips and tricks are priceless. Thank you for all you create.
Hi. I’m absolutely loving this tutorial. But where can I get the book binding material that you have used for the spines. I can only find tape. What benefit does it have to the cover? Is it to strengthen it?
I have only ever used cardstock for the outside. What is the sticky stuff you used? It certainly looked easier than patching two 12 x 12 pieces of cardstock.
