I wake up two hours before them and turn up the heat,so I bath them in the morning and refresh in the evening
I find my
Migraines come when I have not had enough water (at least 1.5 litres a day) or more commonly when I’m doing too much and don’t take the time to relax
The migraine is like a way of saying ‘sloooowwww dowwwn’
The problem with this is that it puts you out for days.
What I try to do is take the time out before the migraine takes me out! So proper time out like book a spa day where I do nothing and just relax
I also do daily breathing for 10 minutes in the morning (pranayama) - you can find an app for that- it encourages deeper breathing to get more oxygen to the cells in the body as we as humans tend to shallow breathe normally which isn’t good
Also get some blood work to check if you’re lacking in any vitamins and try to take a daily omega 3 fish oil tablet

My husband bath my first son in the morning and bath my baby morning and night but make sure the heater is on to keep the bathroom warm and apply Vicks to keep him warm in this winter

Feel better!! I love their room! So pretty!! Yes my oldest takes a long time! My two oldest bathe themselves at night! My 4 year old I bathe at the night but there are times that we get home late or fall asleep early then it done in the morning! Me and two of my daughters suffer from migraines! They suck!! I love this music!! You got me dancing and watching!! Yass!! Very motivational!!

Wow! I thought I was in this alone
In my home showers twice a day is a must at night and in the morning and everyone is pretty healthy hardly and colds or anything at all. No one is allowed to leave the house without a shower it does not matter if it's cold, warm, hot or otherwise lol. On hot days the showers may increase to more than two a day because no one likes feeling hot and sticky (that's in my house). I love your morning routine though I think it's about time I subscribe to your channel and a skin care routine I would love to see you have pretty clean and clear skin.
