No force in the Universe is equal to... the Blessed! 🦅
Too true!
HE'S ALIIIIVE!!!
Any comments about Brian Blessed should be in CAPITAL LETTERS.
This is something we can get behind!
I think you mean BRIAN BLESSED
*_CAPITAL LETTERS AND IN BOLD!_*
I remember when this was first shown on TV in England. The bits that I recalled for years were when they were boarding and walked through that glass corridor, the laser bending near the black hole and when they emerged into the other universe. I built a Lego model of the ship and spent many days playing with it in the garden..
So did I ! Happy days!!
Being from Germany, I've never ever heard of this show. Your description meand that it must be awesome.
What I *do* remember is the headline "UK garden devoured by black hole made out of Lego".
Can't havr classic sci-fi without Brian Blessed OBE!
VAROONIK! I totally agree with your sentiment! 👍
That's Ed Bishop narrating!
And that's Alan Carter as the pilot.
BRIAN BLESSED!!!! Thats the way you type it folks!!! 😁
He's kinda hot. 🔥
Bet they're glad they had Carter to pilot that ship
He didn't mention he'd crashed a few Eagles when he took the job, 🤣
I remember watching this back in 1975. Amazing British Sci Fi!
Me too. And I distinctly remember eagerly awaiting the next episode... Which never came
@@paulkinnear2727 You're not alone.
Was it 1975… wow … I was 11… get me back there …
Still wishing for a full series come back
It has potential
I saw this when it was first transmitted on BBC2 back in the late 70's
I was a massive G.A. Fan then and I still am today my favourite shows were Space1999 & Stingray,
This show always stuck with me I really liked the design of the Alteries.
It looked like a ship design from Space1999🤔😎👍
Now the bbc just produce woke garbage and tell the tv licence player how racist they are.
BLESSED'S ALIVE!!!!!!
First time I ever saw Brian was in a UK tv show called Z cars. Back in the 1960s. I never got to see him in theatre though. 💂♂️🪖⛑️🏴🇨🇦
Additional comment. Many years ago Alton Towers theme park had a sci-fi section and amongst the various sets and costume displays was the actual model of the Antares. That thing was pretty big!
That would have been great to see.
Excellent! I can't wait.
Yep, I'll be ordering that thank you very much
So we know where the models and sets from 'Mission of the Darians' from Year One of Space:1999 went!
It's also one of the best episodes of the first season.
Yup. Those models were made by the genius that is Martin Bower.
Will Into Infinity be available in Region 1 for those in North America to watch on their Blu-Ray players? I have seen this short movie once or twice. It doesn’t have anything to do with the Space: 1999 universe or characters, but it does have three actors who were in episodes from the first season (Nick Tate, Joanna Dunham and Brian Blessed) and the model spaceships and sets from the episodes Dragon’s Domain and Mission of the Darians. The music was composed by Derek Wadsworth, who would go on to compose the music for Space: 1999’s second season.
Man I wish this series would make a comeback. 👍👍🤴 5⭐
This was a great show..m
I was able to see that unique movie recently, where they warp through a dangerous situation in outer space and have to survive. Good to see it hit blu ray for fans!
Oh, Awesome
I was absolutely enthralled to discover the complete episode of the day after tomorrow a couple of weeks back, and loved it,and also the complete pilot of the Investigator.Such a shame they didn't get made into full series.
Fondly remembered.
remastered 35mmm (Frank watts lighting cameraman) good product narrated by Ed bishop.
It’s an AI upscale.
Brian Blessed SHOULD GET MORE ROLES
Excellant series
Not sure my speakers could stand up to Brian in DTS!
Sweet 😅
FAB!!!! The real second season of Space 1999 ;-)
As if the actual one wasn't bad enough !
Ok this made me LOL. Well done. IT HAS BRIAN "BOLLOCKS" BLESSED IN IT. lol
Can the thw thene from into the universe please feature on the next herry anderon cknversr x
Is it really a documentary? Looks more like an educational film in the style of the Anderson shows
That's exactly what it was. A great deal of the science in this was 'real' hard science of the time.
Where can i get this?
They repurposed sets and models from "Dragon's Domain" and "Mission of the Darians"
Can you spot any others?
Man I wish this series would make a comeback. 👍👍🤴 5⭐
