I added the application fee waiver code before I submitted, though after the submission, I could still find the notification to pay the $75 application fee.

You are to apply for PhD with your Master’s certificate if you have one, it portrays you have advanced research- based skills however you are still expected to submit a strong application as there are other candidates applying with their own unique skills n experiences

I submitted my application and the fee waiver code was not accepted. I received an email from the university that i should make payments for my application to proceed to the next level.
Hi dear. It seems they have disabled the waiver for some programs, as some people successfully used the code while some have brought to my notice that they couldn’t use the code. However I still suggest you write to your intending program director as they mentioned in their website

If you can get a letter from your school that certifies that, then upload it with your application, then look out to see if they will grant you the waiver.

The scholarship is fr dual degrees too, however, click your desired program n check the funding section if it has funding, for example the Applied Mathematics dual degree program has the scholarship as well, based on my findings.
