Salnotes Zero is a great set: affordable, super comfy, light, well-tuned and I like the detachable cable, too! I have to agree with you about the Astrotec Vesna as well. I have the EVO version (detachable cable) and I LOVE its fitment, comfort, warm tonality & price point. It should be better recognized than it is and part of every iem lover’s kit! Lovin' the Look of the =/= 23 USD Tiandirenhe TD10 MK2 especially when comparing it to the 7hz-Salnotes Zero; no you don't have to get your eyes checked (except maybe every two years) especially if you Meditate on the afternoon Sun on cloudless Days
I do not have the CRA so I am unable to offer a direct comparison. That being said the zero will give you tons of clarity and great detail retrieval with good separation. I don't think you can go wrong.

Are these comfortable while sleeping?
In general it's a bad idea to sleep with IEM's. Sooner or later you will wake up to broken IEM's in the morning.
Sir I'm confused between salnotes Zero or CCA cra +, it will be my first IEM and i listen to the Weeknd's Discography

Nothing noticeable in sound quality. Just a preference over durability and tangle management.
