I thought "oh nice, so we can chat and complete friend quests!" so I accepted him. Quite naive. He just wrote "Just imagine how small your dick must be to kill me before I could play my Toki legendary" (on his last turn he had played a Toki and gotten a random old legendary) He then unfriended me and blocked me. That left me with such a sour taste in my mouth I still remember it to this day. I always thought she was a magical rogue myself... as in some of the older wow cutscenes shes literally wearing rogue tier armor.. and her bow was always ‘magic’ in those videos too... so when she came out as a hunter, i had to do a double take, and look up lore.. and apparently shes portrayed as a sneaky marksman with no pet.. so go figure.. lol..
That first game it really seems like waiting until turn 4 to go off with Chenvalla and Apprentice was the move. He could have created at least 2 5/5s, more than making up for the tempo lost on turn 2.
Even after the apprentice died, on turn 4 he could've done evocation Chevalla, khadgar, coin missiles and magic trick. I stopped watching kibler for good plays and now just watch for meme decks and silly reactions
In the first game couldnt he have saved the 3/2 for turn three then apprentice-invocation-chenvala-arcane missiles-secret trick-new spell or coin for a 5/5? thats turn 3 10/12 stats
Damn, that game with hunter having all the answers and insane curve was disgusting. Any replacement for Chenvalla in this deck? Looks fun but I don't have him :'(
From what I've seen, chenvalla isn't even close to crucial in this deck, you could probably just sub in any old tech card you feel like you want, or another cheap elemental
but wiithout chenvala you rely on conjurer calling to make a board before finishing the opponent.. Chenvala actually crucial as a backup plan when your conjurer is on the bottom.. without it, you can only makes 2 or 3 waves of big board that your opponent need to fully clear (the giants, the duplicate elemental and conjure)
@@arifridwanabriyanto9286 you're right, it's more useful than I'm giving it credit for, but I think the deck would still be pretty playable without it.
I think kiblers first and 3rd versions of this had siamat.. but ultimately removed him.. so in some of his older videos over the last week or so, you can find a list with siamat, and see what it looks like! Weee! I think he puts deck codes in descriptions
Seems like conjurors calling on the 8 drop is bad. There are a lot of terrible options and I’m not even sure that the average stats you get exceeds the stats of the giant alone.
As a professional Magic player, I don't know how you can stomach these random effects Brian. That last game was disgusting from both sides. Coin flip simulator
It’s a whole different approach. The key to doing well in games with output randomness is to plan such that you maximise your chances of success even if you get a bad coin flip. Problem is a lot of players approach these games with the philosophy of ‘if all goes well’
Is it really that hard to post the damn deck code? I guess its not that hard to go through it one by one... but the function exists and its certainly more tedious than just cut paste a code. Sigh.
Not meaning to be super negative but... that first game was one the worst played games I’ve seen from Kibler. Not that I’m a great player but miss plays, missed combos, and leaving important minions on board. I don’t know what he was trying to do or why he choose to post that game.
You're the reason streamers only post games where they win all the time. You clearly hear his thought process during the game and it's obvious he's trying to play for tempo but I guess being ignorant and snarky is easier than actually paying attention.
@@Gothstana I'm the reason? Well that's high praise. Sorry for having an opinion? And snarky? Oh my dear child, I don't think that means what you think it means. Snarky is sharply critical; cutting; snide. Go back and read the words, the 'tone' you are reading into it says more about you than me. I think Kibler has thicker skin than you give him credit for... he's heard far worse than, "wow this really good player, for once, miss read his opponent really badly to the point where he made the kinda mistakes that I do." Have a good day.
I won against a druid with this deck today and he told me in French that he wanted me to die... I'm gonna play more of this
I wish you could report people who insult and threaten by pm. It's just a game, chill.

Is it only me that gets surprised when the Sylvanas portrait starts playing Hunter cards and not Rogue cards? :x
Oh god I thought it was just me. Those greys throw me off
Why? She was a ranger when she was an elf
It's the colour scheme and the fact you can barely see her bow, just strikes me as much more 'Roguey'

3:50 that play though :D

He should have played Invocation + Chenvala on turn 1 , then play apprentice on turn 2 with coin and unleash hell.
Brian, why were you so set on using calling on the Mana giant instead when you KNOW mountain is only going to get you good things?
that's what i was thinking, he had so much copies of that spell that he could try to play a giant with it as well
Ahhhh those misplays hurt my soul lol
Kibler, we need to see a Quest Mage with the new Reno Hero card now!
Please wait at least until the 17th-18th. Kibler's currently in Hawaii right now for the Magic Worlds. Watch it too!
