ரெட் வெல்வெட் கேக்||பிறந்தநாட்களுக்கு ஏற்றது || Beautiful Red Velvet Cake Recipe in Tamil

In this video, I will be showing you how to make this Super Delicious, Beautiful Red Velvet Cake. This cake has been requested a number of times so i have decided to make it, you will not be disappointed. I made a cream cheese icing and it goes amazingly, everyone will love it. Please enjoy watching and making this Amazingly Beautiful Red Velvet Cake :)
Red Velvet Cake ingredients:
10 inch baking tray
Baking paper/Greaseproof paper
Some flour
All purpose/Plain flour - 2 cup (250g)
Cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Bicarbonate of soda - ½ teaspoon
Salt - ½ teaspoon
Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
Caster sugar - 300g
Room temperature butter - 120g
Sunflower oil - just under 1 cup (220ml)
Room temperature eggs - 4
Yoghourt - ½ cup
Water - ½ cup
White vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Vanilla essence - 1 tablespoon
Some red food colouring
Room temperature butter - 225g
Soft cheese - 200g
Icing sugar - 5 cups

Hi please let me know why the cake after baking it looks heavy thick, not fluffy, why it doesn't rise well?
