  • In the Zamora town of Nuez de Aliste, a weir retains and diverts the waters of the river in the place of Filleval. A small flour mill was built on its banks more than a century ago. Andrés Méndez and Abel Fernández came in 2014 to this century-old construction, recovered by the neighbors, to grind a sack of grain as food for the animals.
