People think it's about managing business but it's really in essence two totally different areas that go hand in hand. There's Management....such as self management, asset management and relationship management. Then there's the business aspect

Nearly done with my course! I'm studying Business Administration, major in Marketing Management - which is sort of similar? There isn't a lot of business students on youtube so I'm glad to have stumble upon your channel! My course is more on the marketing aspect of a business, but there is still a lot of leadership and presentations going on. I loved the maths subjects in my course, although we mostly had accounting and tax.
Hi I have researched in to business management and marketing degree I have seen a lot of view saying marketing and business management degree doesn't have a lot of job opportunity as it is a vague degree and you are not specialised within one area. I want to study business management with marketing but looking at the different views I am planning to changing my degree to economic with finance. If you can share your opinion it would be very beneficial.
@@zartajkhan7076 Maybe it's a bit vague, but a degree in marketing has a lot of opportunities in sales, marketing, and advertising positions as well as leadership roles. Consumers' needs and wants are limitless and ever-changing, it's the marketers' job to constantly adapt and come up with strategies.
Edit: Also, you could look into what subjects each course has in your college to see which has more beneficial lessons. My course also included finance and economics.

I spoke about my UA-cam channel a lot, as as I said in the video that involves a lot of business aspects behind the scenes. & then for my subjects and other commitments I just related skills that I'd developed and how they'd help me in a business degree x

@@ozgurcaglar8837 Well the math classes that I took were at a medium difficulty. Check out Finite Mathematics, Statistics, Algebra ll and/or Precalculus. There may also be some Finance and Accounting. I personally think that it is quite doable but feel free to do your own research. Math is all about practice. wish you the best

I’m looking into a distant learning business management diploma - does anyone have tips or ideas for what to look out for? Am I wasting my time with a diploma and better of just going for a degree?
I‘m going to study the same major with the main focus on marketing and my semester starts in one month and I am super nervous and also really excited! I think business is a great major since it‘s extremely various and almost in every field! Also it‘s a very international field that literally allows you to work everywhere around the world which is absolutely amazing and what i was exactly looking forward to! The only big concern i have with this major is Math because I am really bad at math and absolutely hate it SO much! I just hope it‘s not going to be hard and doesn’t require complex formulas etc. i already know that I will hate Accounting A LOT😂😭but at the same time every major is hard and nothing is easy in life! Uni is always exhausting but thank you for this video! It definitely gave a lot of insight to it🤍🤍🤍
My semester is also gonna start from 15th September. I didn't take Business Management because of accounting honestly i hate Accounting! And i have choosed BS Advertising and Marketing with minor in Media. I love Business field because everywhere in the world Business is there! @@aena5995 If you want to be a Marketing Manager then choose BBA. In BBA you can do Specialization or focus on Marketing and then MBA in marketing management.

It’s kinda funny how business degrees can vary so much, I myself study international business administration and we actually have a lot of quantitative courses in which a lot of math is involved, as well as some computer programming

Yes exactly and this is what i love about this field. I'm studying business administration literally we study every other field we know everything or at least basics of every field. In business administration we study accounting, economics, history, programming, IT, law, a lot of psychology, media/design etc so many things!

What would the difference between BA or Bsc Business Management be? x
Chloe Clinton hello; just thought i’d answer this - BA is Bachelor of Arts and a Bsc is a Bachelor of Science. Bsc traditionally tends to involve more practical work experience and more technical aspects of learning and traditionally BA would be your typical go to lectures and seminars etc. To be honest though; I have found that most universities offer basically the same course with different wording - I study BA Business Management and have to do work experience as a module when we’re allowed back!

Just a couple of questions is the maths really difficult and what good jobs can you be offered with business management
Mmm yes maths is difficult.. there's lots of jobs you can do with Business Management degree. Many universities offers Specialization in the last year of the degree so it depends on your specialization. Anyways there's so many business Specializations/Majors but some of the most common and demanding are: Finance, Human Resources, Marketing/Advertising, Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Operations Management and Healthcare management, Accounting. Besides these there's lots of other specializations available in different universities.
Unsure if I should do apprenticeships or uni. I want to do something in business or property but I’m not too sure. Maybe marketing but i don’t really know what marketing is. Anyone got any tips,
Marketing is about research about consumer's want and needs and fulfill them by innovating new products, design them, launch them, promote them and then getting customer's feedback on your product. In shortest sentence Marketing is the study or profession of relation between products and consumers.
