LOVED the 4 photographers video, youtube sometimes messes it up with the algorithm or whatever, I don't think it had anything to do with the actual quality of it, as a photographer, it was a greattt video and I'd love to see more of those

Ive done self portrat with film cameras. what works for me is that i use a cable release for the shutter release. They make cable releases 20 feet or longer that you control by hand. 1 squeez. just dont show the cable release in your picture, unless you want to. If you dont have anyone to help compose your pic. you can still do the focusing and framing by yourself. Put somthing where you will be sitting or standing that will match the height and width of yourself. focus on that. when you have the settings right then remove your substitute then place youself there and take differernt pics of yourself. You have to have paticence for this. I did this during covid last year when i was board. Good Luck

If you have too many versions of photoshop and light room on your computer, that is probably what is slowing your computer down. Backup your files, Uninstall all versions of photoshop, Lightroom etc that you have multiple versions of including the newest version, then re-install only the newest version
Another great edit. I see you edit & am glad that I’m not the only one who is indecisive at times when editing. Sometimes more than one edit looks great. 🤷🏻♀️❤️ love your editing videos. 😊

First, love love love this series. Always learn something and get new ideas/techniques to try! Also, hold on. YOU were an INTROVERT?! I can’t even imagine. (So many be there’s hope for me lol 😆🤞) Some YT become hard to watch when it sounds like it’s a chore for the UA-camr so it’s nice to hear that you keep making what you like and what interests you.
I just see myself doing the same things as you while editing (talking about the experimenting/playing around with the sliders, and actually wanting to edit, yet wanting to keep some of the original colors just like you did with the yellow and greens in the plants 🤩🤩🤩
Completely understand your thought on agencies & the hidden agenda to try and have a development model booked!! Soooo tricky!! Most agents are very nice and try to work on a good relationshop, but sometimes............ my gosh. Especially trying to book and organise photoshoots overseas while dealing with agents can be so difficult! Had the same experience in the South of France, sometimes I feel DM'ing models directly works better!

Just watched this video and you mentioned about Australia. Actually, you can take the picture outdoor/public place/street/house/park(1cam1tripod without asking for permission). I’m a photographer in Australia, I find some Australians they don’t like to be photographed, their house either. They never feel comfortable about this at all. Even tho I want to take street photography, I have to pretend that I don’t shoot them.

I didn't know photographs of people could be edited so their skin looks flawless but keep all the pores??? Seeing this just made me realise how heavily edited model pictures are and they all look so natural 🤯

Oh yeah! That’s what it was. I’m sorry your personal fujifilm shoot didn’t go well. I mostly shoot myself so I understand how frustrating that can be :( I’m not sure how your eye sight is, but something I like to do with the fujifilm is get off a test shot if I can so I’ll hit the shutter and count how many flashes I get before it goes off, then I can also see where I am in the frame. After that for the rest of the shots I squint real hard to try and see myself reflected in the lens lol. If I can see myself in the lens I’m good and then I strike a pose. It’s a lot to juggle, but you’re mega talented, so you can definitely do it.
Also a little tape on the ground to mark your spot never hurts ;)
I really need your help. How do you make blurry pictures clear? What apps are best for enhancing blurry pictures? Can you do video for this?

Hey beautiful, if your computer is lagging a bit, try defragmenting the hard drive and also doing disc cleanup. Disc cleanup will remove unnecessary files (junk files) from your hard drive so that it runs faster. You should also remove those shadow copies of PhotoShop that you don't need; this can be done by going into the Creative Cloud app and uninstalling the older versions of PS in there. :) I hope this is helpful :)

Quick question tho, do you pay modeling agency or is it just a mutual thing where u use them and they gain pictures for their portfolio?
How do you get to change the colors in the background without changing the colors in the front? Do you have to create a mask? I’m struggling with this haha!

Hello! I've been following you for a long time, I love your works and several times your tutorials helped me a lot ;)) I have a question .. if I have 3 photos to edit from the same set, I usually first do the skin retouch of all 3 photos and finally the color grading of the first, after making the adjustments for the color grading of the first photo I don't understand how I do i copy it my work on the other two photos with photoshop (I only use photoshop to edit) thank you very much if u can help me!!

Cool stories, but the reason why I wanted to watch the video is to find out more about editing, but instead of hearing an explanation on how to make each setting happen, there's another story in the background. Hoping to see a more thorough step-by-step video focusing on editing.:)

Would you say its better to have a tablet when editing on photoshop
iPad with Apple pencil is hands down the best way to edit.
Otherwise yes Wacom Intuos/pro will decrease the time it takes to edit by 50%+ and its much less frustrating.
You can also accurately follow lines and curves vs absolutely needing the pen tool with a mouse

Cause she lets the layer where texture is (high frequency) invisible, when she turns it visible won’t be blurred anymore

the 4 photographer episode was not great because the styles of the photographers that you picked were not "amazing".
I understand that they are your friends and you want to showcase them on your platform but they were not really popular in their styles.
Brandon is very popular and the public love his style so the video will probably be more successful with him.
It is a choice. Either you go the popular road and invite popular photographers or you take the artistic road that might not be the most popular.
I love the serie, i was just not impressed with the styling, personnalities, end pictures...
You still have a long way to go when it comes to retouching. This is very misleading for newbies! Bad retouching habits and techniques! I used to do the same but I’m slowly learning the correct ways to do things.
