Today i will show you How to fix this annoying bug.
Without Cheats, just open console with the key ( ~ )
Its under the ESC Button on Keyboard.
AND Type this:
map c1a0
IT will load the map that you cant get in, its bugged.
I spend my time searching for this game to find the bug that you guys have and it took time to record and edit, the least you can do is subscribe.

To fix console not opening....
Make a txt file in your (Half-Life > valve directory). Type "bind ~ toggleconsole", and save it as "autoexec.cfg". Now you can toggle the console with (~), or any other key that you wish.

Can you save before you load the map?
I think you can't save at all, the game has some file corrupted.

Wait i think first you need to try to download the game from different place, sometimes its caused because the game isn't full version, but you can try reinstaling if that helps.
