    banana leaf eating hot food in this leaf is very healthy and hygienic. While the hot food is served on the leaf, rich nutrients from the leaf is emitted, which infuses with the food and eventually we intake it as we eat the food

    The thing you mention in that video called chutney is not to be added to the rice, but to be eaten directly. Each curry served on that leaf is to be eaten directly.

    1. Dal curry with knee
    2, twu Sambhar with avail and pappad
    3. Pulissery with pumpkin stew
    4. Rasam, with pappad, OK
    Now turn of Payasam, 10 types avaliable but most famous Milk Payasam with Boli
    Then Ada prathaman and fruit Payasam for all served veg curry and and
    thoran are used and everything serve till want, last rice with butter milk stirred with lemon juice, curry leave, very f

    You can not use spoon to eat foods on banana leaf . Only you can eat by hand .This is common in India. This is healthy. And Indian foods are famous across the world.

    Pura galat bol rahe hai South ka culture authentic hai.Banana ka patta bhagvan ke bhog lagana ka liye use karte hai.Indian khaneme vitamins,protins,fibers se bharpur hota hata hai.
