Hey Jose can i ask whats the length j-cup to j-cup on the seal row bench and whats the length of just the camber width of the bar? I can’t find it on Rogue’s website
So from inside to inside of the 3x3 is 43” (same as their power racks). The camber width at its widest point is about 19” and narrowest point is around 12”.
@@nowayjosehomegym Not a problem you have the best small channel out there. Do you think it would be awkward since the camber is so big the bar would try to rotate out of your hands? I have been looking for a cambered bench bar(I have the duffalo, but wanted a deeper one), but there really isn't much out their besides the Titan one.
great video i think the seal row is the best row variation in general, hard to cheat and no lower back fatigue

Wish I had room for a dedicated seal row bench
Good video quality mate. Nice review
Thanks! I appreciate the support!
Have you tried benching with this barbell? If so how does it feel? Thanks and keep up the great work!
I havent! I think it would be a little weird and I have the duffalo bar if I wanted more rom.
Thanks, appreciate the support!

@@jimbin-yp8kw I do think it is going to be awkward because the camber is too deep so it might throw you off and a small diameter.
Wish it had a cut out to rest the face on.
