An acoustic, Steinway gives a totally different aura to any piece played. Take the superb Chopin creations, add an artist with the sensitivity to weave aural magic and one is transported. When paired with the sumptuous artistry of this extraordinary artist this gives a true picture acoustically of any work written for piano, this one shines! As per my usual response when hearing her, I am captivated as she weaves her magic, breath held with the turn of each phrase nuanced as only she can. My spirit lifted as only music can do and her as my guide......."Much gratitude for your sharing" comes from my spirit!

Just found your channel through an Rach cover. You are an amazing pianist. I started less than 2 years ago and have been posting progress videos on my channel. Hoping in maybe 10-15 years I can play as well as you. So effortless. Nice job man.

Your previous recording of this was always my 'go to' performance of Op.27 No.2. You've just created a new one. Thank you for your playing!

The improvement of your channel is insane, the piano/sound capture are perfect. This nocturne is difficult in two ways: learn it then put all the substance out. You managed to do both. Congrats.

That piano is well-deserved. I have been following your work for years and you are a big inspiration for me. Also, can you play zdes' khorosho on this piano too? One of my favs.

This shows how immortal this piece is, even if this is the third instrument that you recorded on. Really love the way you polish a piece again and again for perfection. May I ask how long do you practice every day in general?

Perfect, you're really a wonderful pianist !! I wanted to ask you what equipment you record yourself with (audio and video)? Great piano, great pianist, great sound !! You have more talent on the emotional rendering of the songs you play than quite a few professionals.

Thanks. I have 2 Panasonic GH5 cameras for video, and several Schoeps cardioid and omnidirectional microphones plugged into a Universal Audio audio interface.

Very lovely playing! Forgive me if I am a bother, but do you have any tips for training my fingers' strength evenly? I feel that I am lacking in my ring & pinky fingers & my thirds are definitely suffering from it. Any advice is greatly appreciated. 🙏

The Steinway is a little heavier but smoother.

@@rach3master Have you measure the steinway down weight? How weight is it?
