    Real world testing that's 50% riskier than I'd push it. This helps other riders like me immensely.

    Dude thanks for laying it on the line and pushing those tires through the it’s paces. Pretty impressive indeed. What an incredible value. Looking forward to your off road review.

    Nice work! I have had different results riding in freezing temps with rain and later snow. Above 50 degrees on wet pavement they handled good. Below 50 the rear end would slide out if I got into the throttle hard. In the cold enough to snow temps (thermometer said 34) the front slid out twice, but regained traction before total loss of control. I dialed back the aggressiveness and continued to ride safely without crashing. I'd say they are as good if not better than most tires with this aggressive of tread pattern. Off road they are fantastic!

      Not really sure, maybe different road surface in my area, I had issues in my latest update video of some rear traction, the trail max mission did the same.

    Good work. Wet, cold, damp conditions are usually where cheap tyres like this fall down. The fact that these didn't say a lot. 👍🏼

      I've had expensive popular brands act silly in rain, rubber compound plays the part over price/brand, road surface too.

    Nobody is putting these tires through the test like you are right now, thank you! Very interested in seeing your off-road review. If these tires are 80% as good as other
    (60-70% Off road/30-40% on road) tires then the price alone will make it pretty much the best tire you can get for the money hands down. The only concern I have currently is the front. Side lugs looks too dirtbikey and like they wouldn't have enough grip on road at a higher lean angle.

    • @dimsyadventures
      @dimsyadventures  7 місяців тому +1

      Glad to help! I quit buying cheap tires about 4 years ago..i took a chance on these, so far so good...I'll be finding out the lean angles not much longer...just needs to dry and warm up a touch

    thanks, I use the Tusk DS on my KTM 450 and they are great less than $70 with free delivery, so I am going to be trying the Tusk Adventure rear tire on my Norden 901 next. People that are ridding a lot and need to save some money need great tires. So far Tusk has not let me down on anything.

    • @IAmYourReflection

      How do you like the front tusk DS tire? I ran the rear on my drz with a Dunlop 606 on the front but it’s times for a new set. Can’t decide what front tire to get..

    • @dimsyadventures
      @dimsyadventures  2 місяці тому

      It's ok, I feel about the same between d606 and the tusk...
      Here's what I generally use for mostly off-road, I've ran a few seat of each listed.
      D606 Rear/MT21 Front (fast wear)
      Motoz ADV Rear/DV Front (Fav)
      Tusk D Spot (gets job done)
      I tell everyone to just buy a tire you think will do it... Eventually you'll have nearly tried every Tire in the market, and then you know! haha

      @@dimsyadventures you prefer the motoz adv rear over the rallz?

    • @dimsyadventures
      @dimsyadventures  2 місяці тому

      Depends on what the rider needs, rallz is softer and I believe has more tread block space..adv last me longer and does just as good.

      @@dimsyadventures dang it. I said that to my local bike guy and he didn’t think it looked much different and I caved to him and ordered the front too after hearing this earlier, likely from you.
      Sooo, I’m not rich but would pay three times as much to have the better tire so believe I should order the Venture and throw it on even though he’s about to put RallZ on Monday? Worse case scenario I have an extra front just in case.
      Can’t thank you enough. I’ve spent a TON of time and worried about this selection a lot so very much appreciate the videos and such quick responses.
      Edit-shoot you’re saying a different rear too. F me I guess 100 plus hours of research didn’t do this dumb dumb any good.
      I’m pretty good at wearing out tires so maybe get it right next time.

    • @dimsyadventures
      @dimsyadventures  6 місяців тому +1

      @@lukefish7562 the Rallz are a ok tire, definitely worse choices out there...there is some difference between the tires, even though they are similar...I'm abusive to tires however, I've learned 75% of adv riders never really "use" a tire for its potential, so I generally don't care for reviews(which is why I make my reviews/testing different)..I tore my rear Rallz up pretty quickly, the front seemed to have a mind of it's own..I've tried so so so many tires since I started riding ADV bikes, I can promise the best advice is to buy a tire you think looks good..try it, if it don't, repeat the process haha...I'm going to have a motovlog about tires soon also
