Neuvi is the reincarnation of the hydro archon, not the original completely. When Neuvi was reincarnated it's like he was a newborn so technically I think he awoke from 500+ years back. Does that make sense? I'm sorry my english is very bad😅

Since Egeria perish in the Cataclysm which is 500 years ago, I think we can safely assume Neuvilette is almost the same age as Furina-- if not younger than her Though it's not confirmed yet so think what you want! :)
