I will never understand why they bundled Barkley, since he was released as a sidekick in Giants. Meaning people probably already had him, and they look exactly the same aside from the base.

I remember really wanting this game as a kid because I loved Trap Team and wanted to trap the 3DS villains and use them on WiiU. Well…

I do remember one of the regular stages' star challenges - getting through the flying Sleep Dragon segments without getting hit - being _actually_ impossible as far as I could tell (for love nor money I couldn't do it myself, nor could I find footage of someone else doing it). Also, I think they should've packed in a _new_ Mini like uhhhh Spry in the 3DS version's Starter Pack instead of one who was already a Sidekick.
The Mini should've also been a in-game variant too!

I have nothing else to say about the 3DS version of Trap Team. I can't believe it used to be my favorite Skylanders game on 3DS.
Well, I'll never play it ever again. But I miss Blackout and Spotlight and now I regret never trying to play Food Fight in it.

Personally i actually liked trap team on 3ds; i didn't really care about bosses being reused, and spyro gaining laser beams is good fun. Plus, you can take it on the go, save the levels you gained, and while the game is easy-ish, i prefer it that way.
Video sugesstion: since the skylander collection video is pretty popular, you couls mabye update it. You have recently got a lot of skylanders and I think it would be a great idea. Or wait, mabye ur buying or planning to buy specifc skylanders.
Yes, I have thought about doing an update! However, I would like to have all the Imaginator figures (including the expensive 3) so it won't be happening anytime soon.

5:23 i also encountered a glitch i was scanning s2 whirlwind and my brother put on scratch and the game got confused and loaded s1 whirlwind which i don't own s1 whirlwind :)

Honestly I think that in giants and in SSA for the 3ds, it was better when you could only use two skylanders during a level, because then it could make some levels more challenging and boss fights were pretty dangerous as well. When you have full access to all of your skylanders at once, it takes away the whole toys to life feel when you have to scan in a new one, and it makes the game ridiculously easy I can assume, though I have not played swap force or trap team for the 3ds yet, having access to your full collection would make it very easy to beat
I see where you're coming from, that's a valid point. It's still nice that you have the option to use your whole collection. If you want to play with only two Skylanders, you're more then welcomed to do so. You can restart the level if you lost the two you set the limit for.

This game has more content and collectibles than any of the others, and of course has the most playable characters.
I played all of the 3DS games back to back, and I think trap team beats swap force by a little bit. Also, I am realizing that I commented the same thing on the short you did on this game. Oops.
Needs a update 😯 won't read on lower screen like amiibo can, on my Pokemon Sun n moon 3dsxl. Now gotta find a dam place that actually sells portals! 😭

If Trap Team gets ported to Switch, it's going to be the 3DS version or the console version with trapping of the 3DS version.

I’m sorry to say after reaching the final world this has become my 2nd least favorite Skylanders game next to Giants😔 overall the game is OK, Not Great like The console versions of Spyros adventure trap team superchargers Imaginators or superchargers racing but it’s not pointless like the Console version of giants.
