I made journals for years. I liked the coffee dyed papers. Most of mine were three signatures & id cover the book with material or decorated card stock. I left plenty of room for actual journaling with lots of tags, pockets, etc. when I had a booth they sold immediately which was really an encouragement. I sold all my $1000 worth of materials & now back to painting furniture.
That is awesome, I bet they were wonderful! Enjoy that furniture painting!

🐈🐩 I have been a dog person my whole life and I’m now 60!! Dogs, Dogs any kind I LOVE!! When I was 4 years old I got to go to a farm in Washington state and get a puppy. One parent was a Pomeranian and the other was a Poodle. So my baby was a Pomapoo! That started my love for Poodles. I have had pure breeds since. But in 2009 I got a Maltipoo. She was red and so beautiful! I just lost her last year, and still cry when I think about her. She was just precious!! Her name was Lylah. She became a diabetic, she lived with it for 7 years. She died at 13. I have a pure bred Poodle right now, she is black. Her name is Lexus. She weighs 5 lbs. she is 11. But in 2009, our Son was out mowing a field in Bakersfield Ca. At the last moment he was able to stop his mower, before running over 3 tiny screaming kittens!! The largest one was on top of the others. And that one came home to us!! The other kittens got homes too!! Anyway, he was white and orange and turned out to be a Maine Coon. He was absolutely Gorgeous!!! We fell in love with him, and he with us!! We had him 12 years, we moved back to Oklahoma. He disappeared on us one rainy night. We miss him every day. Your new Kitty is Precious!! And I absolutely love your project!!! I love all of your projects!!!❤
All these babies sure do find a way into our heart don't they! Thank you for being here with us and sharing some of your story!
When I first saw the initial layout my mind said.....wow, that looks like a really cool wind chime ! LOL, since I'm on the search for THE perfect wind chime, it was an easy leap....I wish I could find one as lovely as this design for my new covered porch! I'm really looking forward to seeing how you finish this. Listening to your ideas on what to do with things, the journals for instance especially smallish ones, I can see them used as fillers in a pretty basket or bowl of some kind on a coffee table or an entry table or even in a guest bathroom for someone to see and to feel free to take a peek. And those placements would allow yourself to visually enjoy them again and again.

We raised Chows for 25 years, before making the big switch to Great Danes. We also have a flock of 17 different breeds of hens...and 1 giant 15# Chinchilla Rabbit. It's all about the extremes and the whimsical and unusual beings here.
