From my recent experience landing in Manila-- DO NOT wait until you arrive in PH to register eArrival. Reason-- there is NO PLACE to sit or rest in the airport. Thank you JT! 🤩
Good point. And it may just add up to one's anxiousness, pressure and excitement to get home. Much better to do it in the comfort of your home or where ever it is convenient.
Same in Cebu. Up the ramp off the flight, walk down the passages and all you see is a booth set up in the arrival hall a few meters before immigration.
Just arrived from the Philippines about 2 weeks ago. I HIGHLY recommend everyone, who is capable of doing so, to register before your trip. Having to register when arriving in the Philippines will just hold you back from having to leave the airport asap.

Thanks Jenn for updating us and that is solid advice - best to register before arrival and leave the kiosks for elderlies and those not comfortable doing it on their own.
Why do Filipinos have an apparent prejudice against seniors and/or elderlies and assume that they are subset of a group who's not capable or comfortable filling-up online forms? 😆😗🤫
I already fill up my e arrival card for my flight on October 28,2022 at Philippines Airlines going in my country..i think the new e arrival card is easy to make this one..thank you miss Jennifer for always update and smooth explain to it Godbless you always 🥰🥰
If you want a smooth travel and less hassle upon arriving,i think its better to filled up everything while you are still in the country of origin, because once you arrived to your destination you still need to register.
It’s better to fill it up at home via website! You have more time and you’re secure for your own Wi-Fi than in the airport. And What’s the problem about that ? why the others passengers are still having a problem! Because arrival sheet of paper thy have already before you must fill it up before you landed . But now e-Arrival card it’s better than before … you don’t need to use ball pen
They dropped ArriveCan because Canadians told their government to screw themselves. Filipinos have no contextual understanding of how governments take away rights (discrimination of healthy travelers) and then give a little bit back but essentially keep every element of the totalitarianism in place.
Do your eArrival Card from home before boarding. You'll save yourself a lot of headaches. First q i was asked at the SQ counter at SFO last week was, 'Manila? Do you have your One Health Pass?" But I was ready and I cleared the counter in record time. When I arrived at T3 in Naia, I was out in the street in LESS THAN 30 Minutes. Never happened to me before. I THINK THE eArrival Card WILL MAKE IT QUICKER FOR EVERYONE EVEN AFTER THE PANDEMIC. Just Do It! Don't worry too much.
After 30x I was able to registered at eArrival Card! Iba iba un format na lumalabas! Meron pang tanong na Transaction no. of parents???? Buti na lng andyan ka Jennifer to guide us! Salamat ng MARAMI! 🙏🏻
Jennifer is Correct. I arrived at the airport in Manila on April 22 2022. I had a photo of my QR Code displayed on the screen of my phone. They Scan it. I am instantly Verified. They stamp my passport. And I am on my way. It probably took longer to type this. It was the fastest transit time through immigration at that airport I have ever experienced on my many trips prior to covid.
I thought this information may be useful for anybody traveling to the Philippines. There are now, at the moment, no direct flights to Manila or Cebu from the UK . I took a flight on the 20th October 2022. If I remember correctly I went online to complete my One Health Pass on Monday the 17th of October only to find it had changed to eArrival Card. I listened to Jennifer Terri - She is the Bee's knees for keeping us all updated - UA-cam video to update myself. The eArrival Card was much less intrusive than the previous One Health Pass - No upload of vaccination certificate, just yes I have been vaccinated and the type of vaccine. I was inoculated in the Philippines - FOC and I had a booster shot in the UK, again FOC so I was good-to-go. You needed the three shots to be fully vaccinated. My flight was with Etihad and went from London Heathrow to Abu Dhabi with a stopover of about 3 hours and then Abu Dhabi to Manila. Etihad requested me to complete a "Verify-to-Fly" form online and it needed me to upload my vaccination certificates. At the London Heathrow Verify-to-Fly check-in desk the young lady asked to see my vaccination certificates even though I had the "Verified to Fly" pass! She also wanted to see my Onward Ticket that the Philippines immigration insist on. No problems at Abu Dhabi with the transfer and I arrived in manila at about 3:00 in the afternoon the next day. At immigration I joined the two people in front of me at the PWD/Senior Citizens counter, I am one of the latter! The young man I saw, took my photo, asked for the paper Arrivals Form I was given on the plane, not the QR code (I imagine this paper version will be withdrawn sometime in the future, or will it!) my passport was stamped for 30 days and I was in the Philippines, it took less than ten minutes, and that included waiting for the two people in front of me, what can I say, excellent, the fastest clearance I have experienced in the Philippines. Also, I have never been asked to show my onward ticket. Today, 27 October 2022, I hear from the Oracle, Jennifer Terri, that there is now no need to complete the eArrival Card before embarkation, it can be done on arrival so things at immigration for foreigners, I am sure will change, especially now the airlines do not need an eArrival Card to board. My advice is do the eArrival Card before you fly.

At last............option for filling out the card but without the worry of maybe being refused boarding to your flight to the PH. Its easily done now with time needed to fill it out . Lots of stress relieved Jen. Thank you. Regrads from UK.
Thank you Jennifer for the update. I'm going back to the Philippines in December and this info gives me big relief for I'm traveling by myself. God bless.
E'arrival is easy. It is scan and go. I wish though that they remove filling out paper arrival form in the plane. It is exactly the same as the E-arrival form why do it the second time. Also be careful with a fake website that is asking for fee. Exit right away if they start asking for your credit card information. I just arrived from the USA and this is my experience. E-arrival is easy scan and go. Thank you.
E-arrival card no longer required?...but need to register...where u think this registration go?....is it not in the e-arrival card?....misleading & confusing!!....oh Philippines, make up ur mind!!!🤨🥺😩
Hi, you will need: valid US visa, vax card/ cert, travel medical insurance, proof of accommodation (hotel or Airbnb booking) & financial capacity (bank statement, proof of job or business). If you will be sponsored by someone else, have them write an invitation letter indicating support for lodging & living expenses, their residence address, photo/ scam of ID (passport or driver's license). Bring other supporting docs which may be relevant. You may have the visa but the PH Immigration Officers can still ask questions before they let you board the plane.
Oh I remember when we depart from.Singapore..all that was asked.of us to show was passport and boarding pass. that's all. they did not ask for One Health Pass...only when we arrived in the Phils that's the only time...that the Immigration asked for it. So parang same lang... only difference is you can fill it up at the airport upon arrival in the Philippines.
Thanks po. I think this is fair enough. Also the authority try their best to listen to us peps regarding covid protocols and eArrival card (one helath pass).
Hi Jennifer thank you for all useful information I have question I'm going back to Philippines on Dec and we are going to Japan from Philippines do I need to do the e arrival card we are only staying there for 2days.
eArrival is easy. You can finish it in 5 minutes. The problems are the airline check-in staff at the counter who are not knowledgeable about the forms . They don’t know the difference between the QR and Bar codes. They keep on asking for your Vaccination despite you told then you’re not and you have the bar codes. Also about Dual citizenship, heard from one of them at Korean Air asking for the return ticket of the guy. I only bought one way ticket. As a dual citizen you can stay in the Philippines as long as you want. Their only obligation is to check your documents getting out of the country.

Thank you for this significant information but just a friendly reminder if passports expired no one could able to register earrival card even upon arrival that's why print those medical records of full vaccination boosters for assurance

that's all. they did not ask for One Health Pass...only when we arrived in the Phils that's the only time...that the Immigration asked for it. So parang same lang... only difference is you can fill it up at the airport upon arrival in the Philippines.
Hi Ms jen.need pa ba namn magpapcr test or anti Gen if not vaccinated non ofw .?before departure
Hopefully wala na dn quarantine sa mga d bakunado .
Thanks ms Jen for always sharing
Thanks for a great info!
Hoping that quarantine will be lifted with negative test result
hoping 🙏🙏🙏
Thanks Jennifer God Bless
Yes register before arrival.... As no easy wifi at airport... Thanks Jen as always
Thanks po. I think this is fair enough. Also the authority try their best to listen to us peps regarding covid protocols and eArrival card (one helath pass).
Thanks so much Jennifer! I will register in Toronto before I board PR119
Don’t understand why some people would wait til d last minute to register. 🙄
For sure kung sa NAIA MO PA GAGAWIN ANG E ARRIVAL CARD MALAKING ABALA ANG MAGYAYARI.. big traffic habang nag hihintay sa labas ng sundo nila
Hi Jennifer thank you for all useful information I have question I'm going back to Philippines on Dec and we are going to Japan from Philippines do I need to do the e arrival card we are only staying there for 2days.
You need to register for the e-arrival card (and get a new QR code) every time you enter PH.
I arrived from USA last Monday and it was a breeze with my e-arrive card duly filled up at home 2 days before my flight.
eArrival is easy.
What about people who haven't got the smartphone do they have to go back home again I think the government needs to scrap it
You can do it at home via your laptop/ desktop and print out the QR code.
I thought inalis na nila completely 🤨thanks for update ,nakaka frustrate lang talaga 🤨
Thank you to updating me Terry it help to us! Thank you again🙏
Great advise. Thank you so much Jennifer!
72 hrs na pero un flight no ko sa air asia wala naman doon sa i che check .wala sa list nila un flight no ko..pano po un
I was able to fill it out and get approved 2 weeks before boarding! So why wait till the last 72 hours!
Hello kadarating ko lng ng pinas coming from uk done earrival card online n got ung code pero pagdating sa immigration pinag fill up parin ako ng arrival paper form 😢 kala ko ba no nid n dahil may qr code na😮
Thank you for this significant information but just a friendly reminder if passports expired no one could able to register earrival card even upon arrival that's why print those medical records of full vaccination boosters for assurance
I will check back in two weeks and hopefully it will all be figured out.
no smart phone no go?
