It's so funny, when i was a youngster my parents ALWAYS got on my case because my answer to many of their questions was "I don't know." Them: Why did you do xyz? Me: I don't know. or Why didn't i do xyz? What were you thinking? Why didn't you do what I told you? Me: I don't know. Even when i was threatened with some sort of physical punishment or being put 'on restriction' my answer could only be I don't know. I wasn't being a smart-ass. i was a very shy and introverted. I just couldn't understand what they wanted from me or why i wasn't able to answer. As I grew older i came to see that most folks want some kind of answer, so that they can go on with their line of questioning and judgement... so i learned to create an answer. This is a story that appears to have stuck pretty good (another belief) and habitually creates.... done.

I can say you remind me of one of my favorite cousins and in the relative world it would be true. There is an element of weirdness, like an reflection, hearing someone speaking about this I can say like meeting myself in another version but let’s get real there is no me or any version 😂

@@katriannanondualityI’ve been seeking “this” for many years. Only once was there this glimpse for maybe 10 seconds. I saw everything was happening by itself. Was amazing lol
and it continues to do so even past that “glimpse” you just think it means everything ceased in 10seconds and it “should” be like that forever more, let that go and you’ll see it never left. the trouble being there is no you who can do that and yet what’s reading these words and understanding them could never be anything but this :)
@@katriannanonduality That is what the mind is thinking, that the "glimpse" should be ongoing. "I" want to let go, but don't know how. Thoughts have diminished but there is still a me here. During this so called glimpse the sense of a me had vanished. This perspective is infinately different and there is no time or space. Just life free-flowing spontaneously with no sense of a me here 🙂
@ I recommend looking into it I think you’d find it interesting. It’s Essentially a comprehensive map for the different states of awareness which are possible in people
