Thanks for uploading the video , I use DMX lasers - and DMX software - its good to find that you have put the effort into the tutorial - as I want to go higher up the scale with laser programing- which is a rare subject on youtube -many thanks :)
This Quickshow even works on my DIY Laser Projector with ILDA input
If you're talking about support, there are many options -- all free. One option is the Pangolin Forum linked from the main Pangolin web site. Another option is to call Pangolin or a Pangolin dealer on the telephone. There is someone at the Pangolin very often -- nearly 24 hours per day / 7 days per week.
Yes, QuickShow can be used with all kinds of color systems. In fact, in version 2.0 it now supports RGV lasers as well as TTL lasers as both of these are very common. PCAOM is no problem. Just tell QuickShow to use Analog and Linear response.
@keanesey What you are talking about applied to version 1.0. With version 2.0 the timeline portion of the program has been substantially changed and most definitely the audio is "saved" along with the cue.
Dear Toby, Yes, QuickShow will work with any ILDA-compatible laser, and it is very quick and easy to get it setup. QuickShow very quickly learns the capability of your laser projector, including scan rate and color system.
@dahansi Yes, it will definitely work with the NEO hardware. It is not free due to our agreements with NEO-NEON. However, you can purchase QuickShow for the NEO hardware for only $250.
See, "point optimizations" is a technical term. With QuickShow, we've tried to remove all of the technical terms so that people can simply concentrate on their job.
Of course, compared to LD2000 the optimizations are there, and done completely automatically, without the need for influence by the user.
In this video you can see how it works, not only with corporate graphics, but also with continuous tone photographs.
I'm afraid we don't understand what you mean by "lag". This is not really a term we often use. However, it could be that you mean "flicker". If that is the case, then it's not a matter of laser power, but rather scanner speed which makes the difference. Faster scanners will allow greater complexity of graphics, and more images projected on the screen simultaneously without flicker. Generally when it comes to both laser power and scanning speed the more you pay for a projector the better it is.
Nice Software...
Tell me..can you use QS using a PCAOM and seperate scanners on my Spectra Physics 1w argon krypton white light laser beam table?
does the autotracer do any point optimizaitons?
When you save a timeline show to a que when you have edited it with music it does'nt save the music....I also use LA STUDIO software and when editing with that you can load music and save it with the show in the LA player.
I do think the Quick show is a fantastic piece of software its just ashame you cant save music with your timeline show.
HI,
Will this work with any ILDA compatible laser?
Regards,
Toby.
Will it also work with a FB3 System from Neo-Laser? For Free??
how much MW minimum will you need to use this program without any "lag" ?
Hi
Do you give service if I need a presentation
I lost the original software, where can I download it again?
I have a CASA laserlight Luxury 7P ... this software it´s compatible? Thanks
There are so many laser projectors out there, and more being developed seemingly every day. Just as we've written in regard to other projectors: The FB3 hardware that comes with QuickShow has an ILDA DB25 connector on it, and thus projectors are required to have an ILDA DB25 input. As far as I am able to tell from the web, this particular projector does not have that. So it is important to look for the words "ILDA Input" or "DB25 input" on projectors that you are considering buying for use with QuickShow.
Hey, does it works with mini programmable laser
+Intro Motion It depends on the brand of laser. As we wrote above, there are many brands of lasers that might use different file formats or connectivity. Generally if the laser advertises itself as being Pangolin compatible or ILDA compatible, it should work fine.
por favor lo necesito en español
My laser only has the old style of ilda inputs can I still use this program?
If you use a FB3 or FB4 external. Then you can connect it to an old style ilda cable
how to import multiple images at one time plzz tell how to do it ?
Please elaborate. Or better yet, contact Pangolin support directly.
Hi, is the Quick show compatible with the Big Dipper laser B2000 hardware?
You've got a great question here! Projector manufacturers make many different models, and there are new ones coming out all the time, and so it is hard for us at Pangolin to keep up with the model numbers or offerings. Nevertheless, I just looked up this B2000 on the internet and the page does not make any reference to ILDA input, but does speak about DMX and sound. The FB3 hardware that comes with QuickShow has an ILDA DB25 connector on it, and thus projectors are required to have an ILDA DB25 input. As far as I am able to tell from the web, this particular projector does not have that. So it is important to look for the words "ILDA Input" or "DB25 input" on projectors that you are considering buying for use with QuickShow.
