What is this? Would Hathura play in the ground with the players for hitting 4/6 for wining?
Then it would be established the teacher will sit in exam with the student since he was the teacher / coach.
Behaviour like an uncivilised/ unscrupulous authority all the time if the players do not perform / can not perform .
The main thing is lack of motivation. The Board behaves like master being owner of the sports.
Please create atmosphere not oiling one big player.
Kindly appoint one coach for grooming the Board / Board members to learn how to motivate & create atmosphere.
In fact present surplus can fund is the main root of unsuccess / unprudence.
