I was initially turned off by the audio quality (sounds like an analog phone call). But I'm glad I kept watching. The presentation was excellent! Thank you and now subscribing.

This is a very good video. What I do not like is that from the last minute it started to feel like you are doing a Cloudera commercial. It was not needed. The content although is clear and right to the point. Thanks for the video!

In simple words - you can give a slice of each part of the cake, or each part. In the first instance, everyone must give their answer before we know all about 1; in the second instance, once one is done we know his answer

Hi, Suppose that I am going to store my database on hadoop. Let's suppose that I have three separate servers all with enabled hadoop.
1- Can I store my data on the three servers at the same time?
2- If I want to fetch some data from my database, so all the data come from one server or two or three of them?
My problem is mostly with database, because I cannot understand exactly how the database sync works on hadoop.

      1. The data is stored and replicated in the three o many serves. For instances, If you have a file of 500 MB your file is split in many files in little chunks of 128 MB and each chuck replicated in each server.
      2. MapReduce finds in the metadata, this is stored in the nameNode (Main server)
