As you well know after meeting Devon larrat, a lot of arm wrestling is technique. Sure strength comes into it but you can beat someone who is st4onger than yoy physically if you've honed your technique to perfection like pro arm wrestlers have.
there's something up with the arm wrestling thing she must be a pro and know how to manipulate the wrist or something because there is no way in hell p4p she's stronger then every one of those men some dudes were tiny and young but the grown ass men hell no she's got some kind of technique for leverage or something.
I think that technique is the point of the video. For example, she gets her hand closer to her body, so it is her chest vs the opponents rotator cuff... a lot of those guys have their hands FAR from their body. Also, she uses her body, and most of the guys try to just use their arms.
To be fair to the guys, she's taking a hugely advantageous/illegal grip on every single guy, posting her fingers way over the opponent's knuckle at the start. This is not something you're allowed to do in a referee'd arm wrestling match, but it is something experienced arm wrestlers will do to cheese newbies who don't know any better out of a win. 😁

She's readjusting her grip to control the thumb just before she pushes. Try it next time you arm wrestle. (its a technical foul) but you will have a huge advantage
That guy with straps was actually the first one who knew a single thing about armwrestling ;) I'm not saying she's not strong, but dudes had no idea what they were doing and in this sport technique is critical. That dude around 2:30 is Alex Toproll(has channel on yt with his ridiculously strong brother Schoolboy) and he's a champion in armwrestling, and that tells me he completely let her win, because there is zero chances he would lost to any woman on the planet :) And that kinda questions the entire event.
We used to play a game at lunch in grade school where you get your hand smashed on the lunch table back and forth. Not sure why this has to be the head. Just go punch for punch in the arm.
