I love that Viv is so honest about the difficulty he has playing Gods of War. Most likely no one in the audience is even aware of it. But it still troubles him that it is not exact to the performance of "Steaming" Steve Clark. Viv is a perfectionist for the Def Leppard fans.
that's just to show how incredible Steve Clark was as a guitarist, if I am not mistaken he was the one who created that guitar riffs right? but man I am so respectful to Viv, he is such a humble and down to earth guy, and he is also an amazing guitarist

I absolutely love Viv! His honesty, his humor, and yes, his leopard print sneakers, LOL! And his cute accent...sigh. I could listen to him talk for hours. Actually, all of them really.
I grew up listening to DEF LEPPARD.
And I've grown old listening to Def Leppard!. My fave band ever, 73 and still rocking. My greatest regret is never seeing them play live, roaming lifestyle and never in the same place as they were🙁

One of the few great 80's bands I never really got to see live. Great list of songs, and these guys still ROCK.
You would love them live. They are amazing. Saw them twice in Marysville along with Foreigner, Styx, and Journey-two separate concerts. I had a blast!

I am seeing them in about a month in Halifax, NS Canada and I can't wait. It has been at least 10 years since I have seen them live. Of all of the acts I have seen live, Leppard puts on the best live performance. The background vocals alone are worth the price of admission.

If anyone asks me what the best concert I ever went to was, I wouldn't hesitate, and say Def Leppard. You guys bring it every time and never disappoint.

@Jimmy Delaney lol. Ok, now your just trolling. But I'll give you this. Some of those other bands you mentioned are right up there. And if you prefer one of them ove Lep, that's fine. Just giving my opinion. I've seen AC/DC, Poison, Metallica, Queensryche, Journey, Warrent, and others. All had good shows. Not saying other bands don't. I just prefer these guys. Keep rocken brother, no matter what show you go to.

Always a superb live band.
I love Joe's voice when he sings and speaks. Turns me on. I remember seeing them and they were playing Pour Some Sugar on me and Joe looked right at me when they say "from your head to your feet" and he smiled. That was one of the greatest moments of my life.
2019: The end of playing Hysteria....this is why I NEED to go see them in Vegas. I CANNOT say goodbye to Steve Clark.

This is so weird.l I saw them in concert in the early '80s and have been watching them for more than 40 years. I would have never expected to see Joe Vlog about their concert and other stuff. That just trips my mind. All I need to do now is steal my best friends parents pot and this would be awesome.

I can't wait to finally see you guys in July when you hit Hamilton, Ontairo, Canada! A fan for over 30 years but for one reason or another have never had the chance to see Lep live ever. Still pissed my parents wouldn't me go see them when they played my hometown Hamilton during the Hysteria tour in 88. I was 13 and they wouldn't let me go! This is 31 years overdue for me!

@Joe Elliott I’m from England... but moved to the States when I was kid... all my family is still in the UK... so one summer when my older cousin came over he brought a cassette tape of U guys... and I was hooked... none of my friends had heard of u guys but they loved that first cassette tape as well.... so that’s how I became a fan and I think I was 14.....or 15.... I live in San Diego, California.... and I’ve seen u guys every time u have come to San Diego and LA...and we have seen u guys in Las Vegas with all my girl friends when u have played in Vegas!! U r an amazing band and defo still my fave band of all time!
