he was talking about the toilets where the back of it is high up on the wall and there is a long pipe that connects it to the part where you use the bathroom
i'm fairly sure he's talking about those that are literally just a hole with places to put your feet next to it, the pipe does go up the whole wall to flush it so

I believe The Dooo was talking about a toilet from what I think is the 50s, where the bowl, seat, and lid are mounted to the floor, like a normal toilet. But the tank being mounted pretty close to the ceiling is joined to the rest of the toilet with an approximately 5 1/2 to 6 ft long Pipe. To flush it there is a chain with a handle on the end of it, that you pull on. The other option is a really tall urinal that's built into the wall.
Pretty sure it is the second one he is talking about. I think blarg explained it once, but they glazed over it.
Not even joking, we had toilets just like the one with the chain in my high school and I'm only 34

8:39 this happened to me last weekend I was all drunk playing a similar game called Warface and I came around this corner got jump scared by a body that was kinda upright in the corner facing the wall and shot it in the back of the head then realized... Ran over to get the bomb then took it to plant and saw the EXACT SAME BODY and jumped shooting it with my shotgun this time instead of my silence pistol altering the entire enemy team to my location lmao.
