Building of a brick rainwater well

The construction of my rainwater well.
Because my garden is a courtyard, I often had problems with a lot of rainwater during heavy rain, because the entire courtyard is only connected to one drain. With the well I can collect almost 2 cubic meters of rainwater before the water runs to the drain, this is ideal for the plants and flowers during the summer, so that I can use rainwater. This also gives me a large buffer during heavy rain showers after a dry period. The whole thing had to look old-fashioned, and absolutely not new, because we wanted to imitate a small farmyard from the past.
